“Cellular Data Roaming” option not showing on my phone

Hello!

I changed to a new phone recently using the same sim card as before and today was the first day being abroad (still within EU & UK) since the new phone. However, I realized I couldn’t find the option to turn on the data roaming anywhere in Setting anymore.

Could this be related to any technical issue? Or does it somehow have to do with my tariff? But then with the same tariff I’ve been using the data roaming for years up until just now 😕

Also, I recently cancelled my Vodafone internet (not the mobile data) at home due to a moving. Would this somehow have affected my mobile data contract?

Hi @SoyeonK,

What mobile phone you're using now? You should find the option "data roaming" in Settings :: Connections :: Mobile networks. 

Your mobile phone contract and internet (DSL or cable) contract are different contracts. Both won't impact each other.
