Hello,
I am starting a new contract with Vodafone as I moved houses. The don't have cabel here so I am going with DSL. The problem is that they sent the router before I moved in and so DHL came and went and sent it back to sender. Now because it was already hard to contact on the hotline, I went to a vodafone shop in Frankfurt to ask them to send the router once again. The problem is I don't see the new tracking number on Mein Vodafone. So I am afraid it will never arrive as the guy told me I will get an email but I never did. Can someone check this on my behalf?
The technician comes to set the internet in my apartment this Friday.
Also as I finished my contract for the Cabel internet, I am still waiting for the return label and procedure. I was told time and again from hotline and physical shop that I will get it by mail but I never did. Now I feel they will charge me soon. Can someone help me with these two questions.
