Hello team at Vodafone,
I have been having issues with my connection since the day i got it. I have attached screenshots from the router log history for reference.
sometimes the connection is completely fine, other times it disconnecting every 1-10 minutes, and then does not reconnect for another 5-10 minutes if im lucky, but sometimes over the weekends its gone for 3-4 hours. its very random and has no pattern.
about 3 weeks ago, a Vodafone technician came to my house and replace the data cable running from the wall to the router and told me that was the issue, the very next morning till now the issue is still the same.
Could you please help me sort out this issue? if nothing improves this, I may need to find another ISP
