hello. i am a new customer si ce 1. september. i have the CableMax1000 option and i have some internet issues. the download speed is in the morning on wireless around 500 - 800 mbs wich is fine but every evening untill around the midnight the download speed drops to ~ 100 mbs wich would not be so bad but the real issue is that in this time frame the ping is absolutely huge, at the speed test it s between 200 - 500 i cannot watch a stream i cannot have a videocall or watch some videos. i did try to restar the router , unplug everything , change the channels in the router settings, nothing seems to work. i have a rented router fritzbox 6690 from you. i live in Berlin and my postcode is 12619. can you help me solving this issue ?
