Hello guys,
I have a 4G LTE Gigacube contract that I started in 2018.10.23.
I collected it from my local shop and have been using it since.
I never (via email or otherwise) received any welcome documents so i can not manage it online.
Addtionally i might have ot leave germany soon due to a family emergency - how can i cancel in this case, and do i need to return the gigacube LTE modem?

thank you for the request. Let me get this straight, the other issues are settled?
Our gigacube is not a rental device. So you can keep it after the end of the contract.

Thanks - so my only question now - if i don't have online access and i have to leave germany - how do i cancel the LTE contract ?
Can i send a letter with my anmeldung? if so, to which address ?

please send me a PN with the following information
* Your customernumber and customer password.
* The records of the move abroad, too. If you already have them.
* If not sent yet, send me the cancellation request.
