I purchased my Kabel contract on December 2 for the new apartment I am moving into.
In the contract the start date was mentioned as December 6 so I had assumed that the installation will be done by then. But so far I have only received document related to activating meinVodafone account.
Logging into my account I can see that it says:
Installation durch Techniker. Kein Versand erforderlich. Voraussichtlicher Termin: 15.12.2024
I have homeoffice so need it to be done as soon as possible. It's already too late. I visited the Vodafone store and they said that I need to call the Vodafone customer care as I purchased the contract online. I am beginner in german language so I am not able to communicate during the call. Further there are long waiting times everytime there. I also realized that there is no email communication possible.
What are my options here. Can I trust that it will be done by 15.12.2024?

Hello @Pierre35. During the phone call last week I was assured that I will be contacted by the installation person and it will be scheduled soon. But that didn't happen.
Yesterday, I started the Whatsapp conversation as you suggested and after answering all the questions by bot, i spoke to one of the Vodafone contact person. Again I was told that they have opened another installation request and I will be contacted by the installation team. But still I have not received any response.
I went to the Vodafone store near me to get some help but I was told that as I have taken contract online, they cannot help.
