It's been almost three months that I have had this problem and I don't know what else to do.
I did a stupid thing and signed an internet contract with Vodafone for my new flat. I believed them when they said someone will contact me in 3 days to set a date for installation. It was July.
Since then I called Vodafone lines almost every day and each day I have to call three or four times to finally reach someone that can speak English and each time I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the call to connect. This way it took Vodafone a month and a half to just post me a modem and when I connected the modem, guess what, there was no internet. The red light on the modem blinks forever and no internet at all. And again I called and called and called and all I hear is to call another number or to wait more or we will call you back, etc. And please do not tell me to contact your technical partner, D.T.Net Service, R-R Antena, or Jennifer Rudolph. They don't answer my calls or emails. They are completely ignoring me.
Please I beg you to get me out of this slavery contract that I signed. Just cancel my contract. Please.

Since mid August there is no support in the forums.
