Rejected payment for insuficient funds. I dont know how to pay the outstanding bill

Hi,

 

My SEPA Payment failed on the 13th of March due to one euro missing. I checked vodafone and it said that the company will try to take the payment again in less than 15 days. That hasn't happened yet. I tried to login to MyVodafone but I cannot check anything there, I have been to two different shops and none of them know how I can pay the bill. I have received a call also from the customer support but they cannot help with payments. I cannot see anything on My Vodafone account.

 

Please, I just want to pay this invoice.
