Hallo Team,
I recently moved to Germany and was staying in a temporary flat. I will be moving to new accomodation on April 29th. I have applied for a Vodafone Kabel Contract in advance, with delivery date as 2nd May so that I will get the connection when I move in. I'm not sure how this works. I am sorry I don't know German enough to speak to a customer care executive.
Here are few of my queries.
1. Will you be sending any documents before April 29th. In such case I will not get it
2. At the time of online application I gave the initial package delivery date as May 2nd. Is there anyway I could get the starter pack on April 29th so that I could connect and use it right away
Please help me.
