I recently received my new router as I have just moved to a new area. I followed the instructions to install the device but the internet light will not stop blinking red. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods like restarting the router, unplugging, and replugging, but nothing has changed. I would like to have a technician come look at everything however I'm not sure how to request one or make an appointment. Any direction on this issue would be much appreciated.
