Hello, I never received an initial activation code by post for my Kabel internet and when I try to request a new one from inside the MyVodafone site I get the error message: Das ist keine gültige Kundennummer. Überprüfe bitte Deine Eingabe.
My mobile contracts are all added correctly, but I'm not able to add the internet contract.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
