I am still learning German as I just moved to Berlin recently. I need help connecting my Vodafone Hub Ultra 7 router for the first time. After entering the activation code I received in the mail, the router light does turn white.
It always blink blue for a long time, then blinks red. I've already tried unplugging for 20 seconds and replugging back and pressing the reset button at the bottom of the router. I've tried both several times. I think I need a technician to come out to my apartment but I don't know how to communicate this as I don't speak enough German to talk to an agent.
After trying the self-installation for a full day, I am convinced I need a technician. Is there an easy way to request one? Can someone please help?!

I tried the WhatsApp support number and I get no response. Do you know how I can file a support ticket? I need a technician to come and help. I tried calling but the agent could not speak English and I could not speak German.
