Hello,
we ordered DSL internet connection in the end of January. The technician was supposed to come on 3rd February for installation but has still not arrived. We tried reaching out to both Vodafone and Telecolumbus regarding the issue but didn’t get any update. Both companies are asking to reach out to another one yet no one seems to resolve the issue.
we work from home and it’s getting extremely difficult and frustrating without home internet.
could you pls look into this and resolve the issue asap?
