I ordered 50 MBPS cable internet on 6th of April from the website. I got an email saying my order will be processed but after that I have not received any update.
I read some community posts with similar issue and I didn't get any option where I can choose a date for installation like the others.
Is there any way to get information on what is going on and when I'll receive an update regarding it?
