Hello there,
It looks like the internet speed is much lower than expected and what I pay for. Upload is 1/4 slower and download 1/2 slower than what it's in my contract. I hope this will be solved soon. Please contact me for detailed information and send a technician to fix it.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.

There is no other option than Whatsapp for English-speaking customers.
There is no English support by phone. Only German is spoken.

And to be clear:
English support is not contractually agreed upon, only German is contractual and this also sole support language!
So it's up to the service agents if they provide support in other languages like English at all. Don't take it for granted!
If you aren't able to communicate in German, you will need to get a translator on your own expenses - but this also is true for other ISPs in Germany!

I am fine communicating in German, but so far non of the support channels worked, even in German.
