Hi,
I need some help regarding my new contract, Recently I have applied for my house movement and customer care suggested to get cable internet with faster option and got new contract for my new location.
But still now I did not receive my router.
I can't speak german, can you please help when will I receive my router.

did you specify a desired date when ordering? When did you order? Have you already received an order confirmation?
