Hi,
I am trying to add my Cable contract to my Vodafone account.
However, I did not receive an activation code with the router. The only pieces of paper that I received were a welcome letter (contract and customer number), and a return shipping label for the router.
I have tried requesting a new activation code through the portal, but have not received anything in my mailbox or e-mail.
Can someone from Vodafone please help me get my activation code so I can add the cable contract to my account?
