Team, I have received the router for my cable internet connection, and set it up successfully. Connected to the router page and it says "in progress" for internet status. Could someone help me please? Unable to call customer care as I don't speak German yet! Thank you.

where exactly does it fail, where do you see the mentioned hint? Have you ordered a number transfer from your old provider?You have connected the router, can you establish a connection? Which state are you from?
