Dear Service Team,

 

I hope this email finds you well.

At the start of my contract, I was informed that I could switch my tariff from GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel to GigaZuhause 100 Kabel before the 9th month. Accordingly, I initiated the change on November 1st and received an online confirmation stating that the new tariff (100 Kabel) would take effect from the following month.

However, when I checked in December, I noticed that my tariff had not been updated.

I’ve attached screenshots of both the bill and the confirmation for your reference. Could you kindly look into this matter and advise me on how to proceed?
