I can't get ahold of a single customer service representative who speaks English. I notified Vodafone that I am leaving Germany on military orders and to cancel my contract. Notification was sent by certified mail on October 12th, with a copy of my orders, for a termination date in January.
I know it was received by Vodafone because I received a response on October 19, which did not acknowledge my request for cancellation.
I cannot modify or cancel my contract through MeinVodafone. The site refuses to function properly.

Cancellation via MeinVodafone is currently not possible, but there is still an active email address for customer contact only for Vodafone West in the federal states of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Baden Württemberg. For all other federal states you have to use the Vodafone Kontaktformular or a "normal" letter.
