Hi,
I'm with Vodafone internet plan for more than 3 years now. Telekom was suppose to change my internet connection from Vodafone to Telekom from Apirl, 2023, however due to the lack of available Telekom telephone socket they were not able to do this and I'll continue with Vodafone.
Telekom had themselves contacted Vodafone on behalf of me to cancel our contract and then later they contacted Vodafone again to continue our plan.
Now everything is fine, we are in Vodafone plan as before, but suddenly I'm getting emails from Vodafone that "Rückgabe Vodafone Mietgerät: Wir brauchen Ihre Hilfe". It is asking to return my Wifi cabel router(Device No. XXXXXXX). I'm not sure if it is incorrect email(because of cancel and then restart of the Vodafone plan) and I should ignore it?
Please let me know what should I do about this return rental device email.
