Unfortunately, I don't speak German and need help because my modem installation code doesn't work. I tried to talk to customer service on the phone, but no one could help me.
My DSL contract is also not displayed on the My Vodafone portal, so I cannot request a new code in this way.
I would be grateful if someone would get in touch with me to tell me what I need to do.
