Dear Moderator,
I have applied for New Vodafone DSL connection on 04.04.2024. I speak no German, so I am not able to speak with Customer Care properly. I received neither Welcome Letter nor Router and it was not in spam folder also. I have also checked with the previous who lived here previously, they have moved their contract to a new address.
Please let me know how can I get welcome letter and router before technician from T-Mobile will arrive. I can send necessary information to you through message. Thank you.
