www.vodafone.de/nachweis is not working

Good Morning,

I am trying to upload a document (contract transfer) to this address  www.vodafone.de/proof . and it doesn't work. It redirects me to another section but there is no chance to upload it.
I can send it by letter but I was wondering if I can upload it online instead.

I went through several paths using the link. In all the paths I tried, I got the option for a document upload. Which path did you try?

When I click on the link, it asks me what contract is this about I select DSL and it redirects to a contact form which I fill in but then it doesn't give me the option to upload any document

Have you completely deleted the cookies and the cache memory of your browser?

I did and still I can't
Basically after clicking on the link  (www.vodafone.de/nachweis) I am redirected to here (attaching screenshot). I click DSL and it redirect me to a form I need to fill in but after it it just says that there is the a document to take over a contract and that you can send it online but I don't have the option to upload anything
