I just contacted vodafone support for a doubt regarding the taking over of my contract. My flatmate took over my contract and they said since yesterday she is the new owner. However, they said they send the willkommen letter by post so she can create the my vodafone profile and manage all the invoices and contract data..
I thought this welcome letter was sent by email by they told me it was send by letter (taking up to 4 days to arrive ). Is there a way to send it by email so she can already create her account? I can send her email in private as soon as someone from vodafone contacts me 🙂
