Very low speed

Good day,

I have a problem with my internet - extremely low speed. My tariff is Red internet & phone Young 200. My internet speed must be 200 Mbps. But i have the speed from 1Mbps-15Mbps.

Please tell me, if the speed is that low all the time or only sporadically. Are you connected via cable or wifi?

I'm connected through Wi-Fi and Cable and i have the same speed for the both types of connection.

Speed, almost all the time, is low
