Hello, sorry for writing this in English, my German is still not good.
I recently hired a new service, the Kabel 1000, which I was expecting to receive 1000Mbs Download and 50Mbs Upload.
I barely receive 400-500 for Download and 4-5Mbs for Upload.
I use upload almost every day and that is why I moved from 250Mbs to 1000Mbs.
I have a high-end desktop PC and I use an ethernet cable, not Wifi. I thought the problem was the PC so I formatted it and I had the same result.
My apartment is very new, so the infrastructure is also good.
What else could be the problem?

What you mean by your device? The "Vodafone Station"? I recently purchased a Fritzbox 6660 Cable in the hope to fix the problem but it still persists.
Inside the modem, I can see this information: Cable connected ↓ 1150 Mbit/s↑ 56,7 Mbit/s
Apparently, I'm receiving the full plan connection. I brought my desktop high-end PC to connect directly to the modem (Fritzbox), so I can eliminate any wiring, but I barely reached 8 Mb/s upload, even connecting directly to the router. My ethernet cable is CAT6, on both edges.
The most important speed for me is the upload, I'm reaching 3 MB/s at this moment. Download is fine.
Is there any kind of upload quota or is "unlimited"?

I'm currently using the Vodafone Station. So you can finish your tests and collect any data you need 🙂

yeah, i mean the station. The problem for me is; i cant see any data for now, we have to wait a few days to get some further data.. , i can check it after the weekend, theres probably something faulty in some upstreams.

Hi Tobias, did you any chance to take a look at it? I do game live streaming but with my upload barely reaching 3mbps, 5mbps, it's simply impossible to do it.
I upgraded my plan to gigabit just to not have problems with upload bandwidth,

thanks for the data - i checked it. The main problem is now, we got a loa problem on your upstreams. So unfortunately we have to wait here until the problem is fixed, our colleagues are processing it. I have placed an order and activated the SMS info.
