Hello, sorry for writing this in English, my German is still not good.
I recently hired a new service, the Kabel 1000, which I was expecting to receive 1000Mbs Download and 50Mbs Upload.
I barely receive 400-500 for Download and 4-5Mbs for Upload.
I use upload almost every day and that is why I moved from 250Mbs to 1000Mbs.
I have a high-end desktop PC and I use an ethernet cable, not Wifi. I thought the problem was the PC so I formatted it and I had the same result.
My apartment is very new, so the infrastructure is also good.
What else could be the problem?

I see... I received an SMS today saying they are installing fiberglass cables and it can take months, unfortunately, that's pretty bad for me since I depend a lot on the upload bandwidth.
I have a 24 months contract and I recently moved to the gigabit internet just because of the 50mbps of upload.
Can I cancel my contract without paying any fees since that's a Vodafone infrastructure problem and I'm not receiving the data I've contracted for?
