Malfunction of cable Internet services

- What error occurs?
I connected the modem for the first time (I'm a new customer) and did follow the steps on your video. I could connect to the modem but the modem is not getting internet conection at all.

Proved on Windows, Ubuntu, Android and OS. Per Firefox.

Hi,

 

there's no charge for a technician if there is a problem with the setup.

This could mean that you need a technician to set your line up - mostly because there is some kind of issue at the in house wiring.

Hi Manu,

 

I contacted the Tech Support yesterday and they arranged a Technicians' Company to fix the problem on the wiring. I made an appointment with them today and they are coming on Thursday.

 

What you said made me realise I don't know if I have to pay them or if  Vodafone is going to do it. Or the Hausverwaltung. We'll see.
