Greetings Vodafone Team
Since I change from 500MB to 1000MB every single day has 9MB most of the times
100MB from a contract of 1000MB
Normaly i have 1000MB but from 1PM to 5PM and 7PM to 3 AM i have a very low speed i can not watch a movie on netflix,
Which contract do you have? Red Internet & Phone Business 1000 Cable
Which modem / router do you use? Fritz! Box 6591
Do you use a loan device or do you have your own device? Loan from Vodafone
Which error occurs? Speed too low
How is your terminal connected to the modem? LAN Cat6
Which browser do you normally use? Google Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10 Home Version 1903 OS Build 18362.418
Beginning and period of the disturbance. I only change since 500 to 1000
Vodafone 500mb cable connection as a backup network i had telek ** as main network but since i change from 500 to 1000 i quit telek **

Yes he did come without making a call to make an appointment, but my wife was at home at that moment at least.
For what the technician said i had a slightly loose cable which he tightened.
But the problem persists, i did speed test in the last 2 days i keep losing speed at evening.
Test today at 18:25
Test today at 20:40
Test today at 21:34
Test today 22:35 in different computer (over cat6 aswel)
same results
Something i did notice since technician come was the change of signal values
is now diferent from before

Hi i7even,
he signal is good now. It seems like here are problems in your network. There is high packetloss vom your device towards the Fritzbox. Are you using any software-firewalls or something like that?

Packetloss from fritzbox is normal because the ping as set 2.5 sec to the fritzbox wheres the router itself block it.
Minimum on fritzbox to receive packet is 2.7 (which I believe so)
If is set to 5 on pingplotter everything is ok or if a ping from cmd line from windows which is 2.7 by default there is no packetloss at all.
Now something i notice is, signal values change on send direction in modulation
when i do have full speed

I dont know if is normal, but as you can see the signal values change on the send direction in modulation
when i have low speed.

the modulation in send direction almost never influences the download, so I assume this is rather a coincidence. Is there a time patern when the donwload speed is low?
