Hello, I need information about my account.
To be more explicit: 60 euro credit appears in my online account.
They were 70 at the beginning, they dropped to 50, then to 30 and now they have risen to 60 euro.
I don't know what an internet bill looks like, I don't receive it either in the mail, by mail, or in my online Vodafone account.
I have the Vodafone IBAN from the "contract" where I transfer the amount of 19.99 euros month by month
I don't know if I have anything to pay, if I paid too much, if I shouldn't have to pay anything.... I don't know anything about my account, I tried to do everything online, send tickets or leave a mail but without any answer!
When I call vodafone, after waiting to get in touch with a "consultant" the call hangs up, I called from several phone numbers and even from several neighbors
Do you think you can help me please with an answer here or on my email?
