Hello, 

 

I called customer service yesterday to ask for help in setting up a MyVodafone account. Due to the communication error (I don't speak German very well, and the representative I spoke to said she understands English but only speaks German), I ended up ordering cable TV subscription by mistake. I do not need cable TV subscription and would like to cancel. Is it possible within the 14-day cooling off period?
