Today, a person claiming to be a Vodafone representative visited my home and told me that my DSL connection would be closed and switched to a cable connection. He asked for my customer number and email address and entered them on his tablet.

Shortly afterward, I received an email from nicht.antworten@vodafone.com, which made me suspicious. I searched online and found that similar emails have been reported as scams. The representative then asked for my IBAN, which I refused to provide, as I usually transfer the payment manually. I then asked him to leave.

Since I had already given him my email address and customer number, I later received another email from bitte.nicht.antworten@kundenservice.vodafone.com regarding an order. I have attached a photo of that email.

I would like to cancel this order, as I did not sign any contract and did not provide my IBAN details.

Please advise me on what steps I should take.Screenshot 2026-03-09 at 14.41.48.pngScreenshot 2026-03-09 at 14.41.55.png

Go to https://www.vodafone.de/widerrufsrecht.html

PS: DSL don't closed, it's only marketing.
