May be some can help here, They have charged me 10Euro for Reconnection after disconnection due to they were not able to take money from my account(still didn't gave me any reason why they were not able take it, other vendor are able to deduct the money)
even though they didn't inform me on by text or email they just send me the postmail and i was abrod for 2 months and after coming i paid the same and then they charged me this.
how i can reverse the charges. can anyone help me here.
