Greetings Vodafone Team
Since I change from 500MB to 1000MB every single day has 9MB most of the times
100MB from a contract of 1000MB
Normaly i have 1000MB but from 1PM to 5PM and 7PM to 3 AM i have a very low speed i can not watch a movie on netflix,
Which contract do you have? Red Internet & Phone Business 1000 Cable
Which modem / router do you use? Fritz! Box 6591
Do you use a loan device or do you have your own device? Loan from Vodafone
Which error occurs? Speed too low
How is your terminal connected to the modem? LAN Cat6
Which browser do you normally use? Google Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10 Home Version 1903 OS Build 18362.418
Beginning and period of the disturbance. I only change since 500 to 1000
Vodafone 500mb cable connection as a backup network i had telek ** as main network but since i change from 500 to 1000 i quit telek **

Yes, @Claudia does exist, but it depends on the days.
Sometimes low speed starts at 5:00 pm, other times at 8:00 pm and low speed stays until 2:00am or 3:00am
However, in the last 2 days "25, 26" I had no problems, I had full speed.
Let me keep checking until Sunday.

alright, please give us a feedback after the weekend :). If the speed is low, please make some speedtests and send them with the timestamp.

Oh well the low speed just come back
I did a test at 6:00 pm and everythying was ok
Then i was playing PUBG and i notice huge lag i check the speed and only had 18mb

Hello i7even,
too bad it didn't last long :/. The packetloss may be caused by a disrupter in the return path, so I made a task for that. But a disrupter doesn't affect the download, could you reproduce the low speed with other tests? Did it come back to normal later or today?

I will do a few more test when i get low speed problem.
Well yesterday i did leave PingPlotter running all night, packet-loss as fixed 2 hours later but low speed
still had it at 6:00 am.

Hello i7even,
the issue is the one with the disrupter. As there were personal information in this screenshot, I removed it. Thank you for the several tests, the speed really is low :/. I cannot find a reason for that, so I made a task for the second level to check this. You will get an e mail with the task number.

The technician did come yesterday, he come a little early from the appointment time (40 min) so I dint get a change to talk to him, but my wife was at home.
For what my wife said, the technician did connect some weird device where he says (and she saw it), everything was yellow, and then the technician show to my wife a lot of errors in a table he had.
He stays a couple of minutes on the device and then everything become green.
He said, he belive the problem should be solved if not, is something outside with a cable or something like that.
He also said how the last technician before him did not see such "error" on my line.
My wife also said, He was a very nice guy he did try to explain everything to my wife, but my wife did forget
half of it "eletronic, cables, green light ect it is not her thing" lol.
So Lady @Claudia after this long and boring text I ask you to let me test until the end of the
week, for testing.
