Internet Problems

Our power reset recently, and since then, we have been unable to get the internet to work. We have tried restting the router and that has no worked. The wifi function if working but the actual connection through the cable is not.

Please advise.

that sounds not very good.

I think you restart your router already, correct? Which router do you use?
