Frequent disconnection of internet

I have recently got a Red Internet & Phone Young 200 Cable connection. The internet disconnects very frequently making it impossible to even make an online call. I have tried the customer care instructions and reset the device but nothing works. I use wifi to connect to all my devices. It would be great if you can provide a solution.

have you ever tested via LAN? Have you already changed the WLAN channel on your router?

No, I haven't. I have changed the LAN password when I first received it. But anyway I don't have much use with WLAN. I need the WiFi to work. One of the technician I talked to suggested I get a replacement since it could be the device problem (I tried resetting and followed his instructions). But I was unable to talk to another technician thereafter regarding the matter since my German is poor.

Please send me your name, address, date of birth and customer number via PM? Then I will have a look at the router, maybe I can find something in the WiFi settings.

How often do the terminations occur? Is the WiFi turned off or is the Internet only interrupted?
