Hello,
I use Vodafone Kabel 1000 at home.
From 2 weeks ago, Internet connection is really bad and unstable.
It disconnected every 10-30 mins and it happens over these days. It's really annoying because my wife and I work from home once or twice a week!!
I would like to ask you to solve this problem as soon as possible and refund for those days we cannot use Internet service. We are loosing our right to use the service that we are paying for.
