DSL not working: PPPoE error: Timeout

Dear team,

I have been facing frequent internet issues on my DSL connection. The DSL connection is always established but the internet gets disconnected with errors in event log.

[Latest]Log 4: PPPoE error: Timeout. [5 messages since <Date and Time>]
Log 3: Timeout during PPP negotiations
Log 2: Internet connection cleared.

[Oldest]Log 1: Internet connection established  successfully. IP address:X.X.X.X

I have raised a ticket with ToBi but would be great if someone can pick this up.

Every 1 hour the internet gets connected for few minutes and then goes down with the exact same error.

Hello,

 

I am experiencing the same issue for months now.

 

My internet during the day is basically unusable now. I completely rely on my phone's 5G if i am working from home.

 

I do not normally work from home for the same reason.

 

Since I am home today, i see in the log that internet has disconnected more than 32 times.

 

The logs have come out 3 pages long.

 

I pay for easybox monthly to vodafone, but then i purchased Fritz box 7590AX.

The problem still remains.

 

The only solution left for me is to terminate the contract when possible and move to other service provider.

@Vishals You should not share your log file as it is on internet. There is sensitive information in that log file. If you can, please remove it.
