DSL-Benutzername / Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)

I am not able to connect to Internet because it throws 691 error with false username or password. 

I use fritzbox 7530 since last 1.5 years and never had this issue. 

Although, in last few days I have transferred the contract ownership to the new tenant. So today, initially fritzbox had continuously red light on Info button but internet was working. After that once I restarted and since there is no Internet and error is 691 code.

 

How can I resolve this issue? What should be the next step?

try a factory reset and reconfigure with new MIC

 

I did not receive a new MIC on change of ownership.

I have just one MIC that I received at start of the contract. Tried resetting many times with this MIC but it always go timeout. 

 

a assume problem is the contract change

does the router show a DSL signal?
