Can't find the internet service phone number

For some days now i am having severe instability of my internet connection at home.

I have just started using the service and have tried several restarts. 

I am on the website just looking for someone to talk to in English.

Can someone help?

I have reset all your wireless settings. You can first login with your original data and then change it as you like.

what kind of connection and which modem do you use?

 

What did you try to solve the problem already? Did you check all cables, tried to restart the modem?

I have a kabel 200 connection and a euro DOCSIS 3.0 CBN router.

 

I tried restarting all my devices and for several times (on different days) restarting the router with the button, and also unplugging it for a couple of minutes. sometimes it helps for a few minutes but after a few minutes or hours i see through my phone there's no conncection again. 

through my phone I can see the wifi status is either "obtaining an IP address" or coudn't get an IP address

do you have the connection interruptions only via WLAN or also with a LAN cable connection?

 

Is your WLAN network displayed as active on the router if no connection is established?

Do you only have the interference with certain devices in the WLAN?

I only use WLAN, so interruptions are only there AFAIK

 

Yes I see my network as active most of the time (including when there's no connection).

it sometimes appear on my devices as "no conncetion" or disapeares and resets itself, but most of the times- looks ok but just no network.

interefernces are on all devices.

Thank you for your message.

i can't find any errors here. i would like to reset the WLAN settings. the SSID and password will change back to the factory default. The data are on the sticker on the router. Of course you can rename everything as you like.

 

Shall we try that?
