Hi, I have a contract to use Gigacube.
However, I moved back to my home country after de-registration from Germany(Abmeldung) and I have no plan to go back to Germany in the future.
Before I got informed from one of your colleague that you can change my tariff to the Vodafone GigaCube Flex tariff which is free of charge if the device is disconnected if I sed you a certificate of de-registration from Germany (Meldebestätigung für Abmeldung).
Could you please have look to close my contract or to change to that flex tariff at least so that I don't need to pay moeny any more?
I could've attached the Meldebestätigung für Abmeldung here but it has too much personal information. If I have to send you, also let me know the personal email address or something.

Your message should include
Your full name
Your GigaCube customer number or pertinent number
Your request to cancel the service due to your leaving Germany
