Hello, I requested DSL internet application and it turned out to be cancelled due to technical difficulties which are verified by your technician.
Therefore, I would like to request new fiber-optic internet service via your website.
But as the previous contract(which is cancelled) remains, the website doesn't let me proceed with new internet contract for the same address.
Could you please check and let me know how I could proceed new internet contract?
