Hi Help Team, Can you kindly help me with cancellation of my contract, as i am relocating permanently to India. I only see the option to cancel the contract towards the end of contract. Let me know, if you need any information from my side. Thank you!

You are in a customer-to-customer forum, no support by or contact to Vodafone is available here. You need to report a move, when VF realizes that at your new location your contract isn’t available VF will terminate the contract without you having to cancel it. You can either use the „Umzugsservice“:

or for support in English use WhatsApp, from the bot there you repeatedly request a „Kundenberater“. After getting forwarded to a human agent the response will take some time, it is no live chat and requests are worked on in chronological order:
