Hi,
I want to cancel all my existing contracts related to 1000 Mbps. I have submitted the cancellation via vodafone.de website and would like to know the status of it. Also, I have applied for a new contract which is of 100 Mbps and I have not yet received any documents related to it.

you can't cancel existing contracts
you only can terminate the contract after the minimum contract term which is 24 month

And in addition: you are no new customer so the new-customer-offers are not available for you without a 3 month waiting period of not being a VF customer.
