2e mal Vodafone LTE , no signal, no service, no solution, still have to pay!!

I have to do this in English, mein Deutsch ist schreklich.

For a few months I am trying to get a good signal in my house.

Seems like we are living in a Funkloch..

Vodafone cannot get me a good(not even fast)(werbung is 3-50MB) signal

Technical service sais it is impossible, we are too far away, netz ist ausgelastet!!

Kundenservice...what's in a name sais we still have to pay!

I just need a reliable signal, all the time, not just when vodafone feels like it.

If the technicians say it cannot be done just tell me so and let me go.

 

I have had "help" from a vodafone kunden berater, somehow she went silent when she was about to cancel my contract..must be bad for bussin...stealing!

cancel my vertrag!
