Sorry I have to do this in English.
I seem to live in a Funkloch..
We ordered LTE from vodafone to have internet access, tried everything from different LTE devices to antenna's but nothing seems to work..properly!!
I am not asking for a connection that is super fast..I am asking for a connection...that is at least there!
The techical department sais the net ist ausgelastet..I will never get a proper steady connection.
I need this for work!
I am trying to cancel my Vertrag but vodafone want me t pay for something that is not there.
I have tried to tell them it does not work so I want to cancel.
They have agreed it does not work.
Anyone have any suggestions how to get them to cancel the Vetrag too?
