In Nov1, I moved to a new place and I went to the Vodafone shop in Mainz to make a change in contract.
My old contract is Kabel but my new place only support DSL.
So the sales in the shop told me to apply a new DSL contract, and after the installation he could cancel the old contract for me.
After the installation in mid Nov, I went to the shop again to ask the sale to cancel the old contract for me. He told me that he has cancelled my old contract extra money will be refunded to me later. Then, I have also returned the Kabel-modem to Vodafone in Dec.
But till now , I still received the Rechnung from the old contract in NOV and DEC. And the Rechnung of the new contract also starts in DEC...
I am writing to request to end the old contract and refund the extra money i paid for the service i didnt used!!!

You have to pay for 3 additional months from the day of your move in case the contractual service cannot be granted at the new address. Anyhow, Vodafone will shorted this period to the day that your new DSL line is activated so that you won't have to pay for both contracts at the same time.
So if you moved in November and your DSL line was activated in December, then you'll have at least to pay for the cable line for November and the first part of December until activation of the DSL line - and from that date on for the DSL line.

but my DSL connection is activated in 23 NOV. And i am still paying full paymeny in DEC. 1DEC- 31DEC for the old contract.

unfortunately, we have not received any notification of relocation or notice of termination. I have done this now and cancelled your contract. You will also receive a confirmation. You will also receive a new adjusted invoice.

But I have already notice the sales in the shop to cancel it for me once the new one has connected.
I have paid extra for the half of NOV and whole DEC. I would like to claim for that. Or i will complain about the shop in Mainz

I have already taken care of this as well. You will still receive a credit for this period. You will find this on the next invoice. This will be transferred to you afterwards.
