In Nov1, I moved to a new place and I went to the Vodafone shop in Mainz to make a change in contract.
My old contract is Kabel but my new place only support DSL.
So the sales in the shop told me to apply a new DSL contract, and after the installation he could cancel the old contract for me.
After the installation in mid Nov, I went to the shop again to ask the sale to cancel the old contract for me. He told me that he has cancelled my old contract extra money will be refunded to me later. Then, I have also returned the Kabel-modem to Vodafone in Dec.
But till now , I still received the Rechnung from the old contract in NOV and DEC. And the Rechnung of the new contract also starts in DEC...
I am writing to request to end the old contract and refund the extra money i paid for the service i didnt used!!!

Please check my new involce and whether I will get refund for the period from the overlapping contract period???

this is not the final bill with the credit yet. This is still a work in progress. You'll get another final bill in the next few weeks. The credit is then included there.
