I can't create an account because I don't have a contract. I am however paying for service every month. We have an outage now and I'm unable to report it because of the account issue. I even went into a store but they said they can't help unless I signed the contract there. How can I be paying for service and not be able to access and manage my account?! Really frustrated

Usually once you signed the contract, you will have got your activation code in order to add the contract to the self-service portal.

Anyhow, you can still call the hotline as well as use the whatsapp support without signing in for a self-service account.
